A quantified view of building performance.
Energy is one of the largest and most controllable operating costs of any commercial, industrial or institutional building. Ageing electrical infrastructure, inefficient HVAC plant and poorly optimised controls increase both energy bills and the risk of costly failures and downtime.
Adrivia’s energy, electrical and mechanical assessments give owners and operators a clear, quantified view of how their buildings consume energy and how reliably their engineering systems perform. We establish an energy baseline, benchmark performance against comparable facilities, and evaluate the capacity, condition, efficiency and compliance of the electrical and mechanical installations. The outcome is a prioritised investment plan identifying the capital cost, energy savings and payback of each measure, supporting informed decisions on upgrades, retrofits and renewable energy integration.
Designed for life-cycle performance.
Mechanical systems typically represent the largest share of a building’s engineering investment and of its energy consumption. Their design determines occupant comfort, indoor air quality, water efficiency, fire safety and, above all, the operating cost of the facility for decades to come.
Adrivia’s mechanical engineers design systems that balance capital cost against life-cycle performance. Each design is developed from load calculations and energy modelling, coordinated with the architectural and electrical disciplines, and reviewed for constructability, maintainability and compliance with ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA and local codes.
